It has an intense and sweet aroma with fresh points blended by small pieces of red pepper that bring us to a green pasture of acorns. They are slowly enriched by a cured process made in natural drying areas.
Its texture, charming and softness when you buy it is the perfect combination of creaminess, succulence and distinguished tenderness. Its initial explosion of taste is lush till subtly and completely caress the palate, which brings to continue its production. Smoked in natural coal and wood fireplaces and cured in natural drying areas.
